PROW Permit definition

PROW Permit means a permit issued pursuant to this Chapter.

  • The City may inspect any work performed pursuant to a PROW Permit at any reasonable time during normal business hours that the City deems appropriate, upon reasonable notice to the Company performing that work, when necessary.

  • General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.
