Pryor Facility means the facility located at 4463 Hunt Street, Pryor, Oklahoma, 74361, owned and operated by PCC, which consists of three Nitric Acid Plants, the Nitric Acid Plant #1 (“Pryor #1”), the Nitric Acid Plant #3 (“Pryor #3”), and the Nitric Acid Plant #4 (“Pryor #4”), with the following operational statuses as of the Date of Lodging, respectively:
