P&T Agreement definition

P&T Agreement means the Pipeline and Terminals Agreement, to be entered into on the Pipeline Transaction Effective Date between the Borrower and Xxxxx, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C to the First Amendment.
P&T Agreement means the Pipeline and Terminals Agreement dated as of February 28, 2005, between Alon USA, LP, a Texas limited partnership, and Hxxxx.
