Public Aircraft Facilities definition

Public Aircraft Facilities means the following facilities, as they may from time to time be provided and maintained by the Port Authority at the Airport for public and common use, including use by Civil Aircraft Operators, for the following purposes and which (except by reason of any Force Majeure event) are usable for such purposes regardless of whether or not they are actually used or usable in whole or in part by the Lessee:
Public Aircraft Facilities means the following facilities, as they may from time to time be provided and maintained by the Port Authority at the Airport for public and common use, including use by Civil Aircraft Operators, for the following purposes and which (except as provided in Section 12.12 of the General Airport Agreement) are usable for such purposes regardless of whether or not they are actually used or usable in whole or in part by the Lessee:
Public Aircraft Facilities means any of the following facilities as they are from time to time provided and made available by the Village on the Airport for public use by any Aircraft or any Operator thereof.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Lessee shall not have the right to charge or collect flight fees or parking and storage fees for Itinerant Aircraft parked or stored in the Public Aircraft Facilities in connection with the occasional use of the Premises by Itinerant Aircraft in accordance with this Section 3.4(f).

Public Aircraft Facilities means the following facilities, as they may from time to time be provided and maintained by the Port Authority at the Airport for public and common use, including use by Civil Aircraft Operators, for the following purposes and which (except as provided in Section 12.12 of the General Airport Agreement or Section 14 of the JFK Flight Fees 314 Agreement, as applicable) are usable for such purposes regardless of whether or not they are actually used or usable in whole or in part by the Lessee:

  • Public aircraft means an aircraft used exclusively in the service of any government or of any political subdivision thereof, including the government of any state, territory, or possession of the United States, or the District of Columbia, but not including any government-owned aircraft engaged in carrying persons or property for commercial purposes.

  • Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements (including communication links and the components that control the unmanned air- craft) that are required for the operator to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.’’.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Unmanned aircraft means an aircraft that is not:

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A.   • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services.   • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • large aircraft means an aircraft, classified as an aeroplane with a maximum take-off mass of more than 5 700 kg, or a multi-engined helicopter;

  • On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
