Public Aircraft Facilities definition

Public Aircraft Facilities means the following facilities, as they may from time to time be provided and maintained by the Port Authority at the Airport for public and common use, including use by Civil Aircraft Operators, for the following purposes and which (except by reason of any Force Majeure event) are usable for such purposes regardless of whether or not they are actually used or usable in whole or in part by the Lessee:

  • The provision specifically provides that the Port Authority may devise and implement reasonable procedures governing the affected use of the Public Aircraft Facilities including allocations among aircraft operators at the Airport.

  • No Person shall enter upon any Public Aircraft Facilities or any other areas as may be designated as being restricted unless such Person is assigned to duty therein, authorized by Permission, a passenger under appropriate supervision for the purpose of embarkation and debarkation, or an FAA or IDOT inspector.

  • For the purposes of these procedures, a "Master Airline" shall mean a Scheduled Aircraft Operator who has entered into a long term exclusive lease agreement as supplemented or amended from time to time with the Port Authority, covering the letting of exclusive premises in Passenger Terminal Buildings A, B and/or C and any future modification or extensions thereof, as well as the use of the Public Aircraft Facilities at the Airport.

Related to Public Aircraft Facilities

  • Public aircraft means an aircraft used exclusively in the service of any government or of any political subdivision thereof, including the government of any state, territory, or possession of the United States, or the District of Columbia, but not including any government-owned aircraft engaged in carrying persons or property for commercial purposes.

  • Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements, including communication links and components that control the unmanned aircraft that are required for the pilot in command to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Unmanned aircraft means any aircraft operating or designed to operate autonomously or to be piloted remotely without a pilot on board;

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • large aircraft means an aircraft, classified as an aeroplane with a maximum take-off mass of more than 5 700 kg, or a multi-engined helicopter;

  • On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • continuing airworthiness means all of the processes ensuring that, at any time in its operating life, the aircraft complies with the airworthiness requirements in force and is in a condition for safe operation;

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
