Public safety facilities definition

Public safety facilities means a police facility, fire facility, and/or fire apparatus valued at five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) or greater.
Public safety facilities means a government facility for public safety and emergency service, including a facility that provides for police or fire protection and related administrative facilities.
