Police and Fire Protection. PERMITTEE shall fully reimburse the CITY at overtime and fringe benefit rates for all additional police and/or fire department officers who are assigned to the premises, or the vicinity thereof, because of the use or occupancy thereof by PERMITTEE.

Police and Fire Protection. 17.1 The RDEK will not be responsible for providing fire protection to nor policing of the Leased Land or any Improvements.
Police and Fire Protection. (a) No later than the end of Phase 2, the Developer shall provide one on site Flagler County Sheriff’s Office sub- station as a rent or lease free store front. The City and Sheriff’s Office shall use its best efforts to co-locate the Sheriff’s substation request within its fire station facility constructed by the City. The Developer shall pre-pay $113,364.88 (in 2014 dollars), adjusted for inflation as provided by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), no later than the end of Phase Two. The Developer shall receive impact fee credits against the prepayment, in accordance with City Code.
Police and Fire Protection. 25.1 The Licensor shall not be responsible for providing fire protection nor for policing the Licensed Lands. The Licensee shall, at its sole cost, take all precautions to prevent fire from occurring in or about the Licensed Lands and shall observe and comply with all laws and regulations in force respecting fires at the Airport and with all instructions given from time to time by the Licensor with respect to the fires and the extinguishing of fires.
Police and Fire Protection. 4 (a) The Developer shall deed to the City two (2) or 5 more Fire Station Sites acceptable to the City, containing up 6 to 6 acres in total, which shall be located within a service 7 delivery area acceptable to the City for purposes of providing 8 fire and rescue services to the Palm Coast Park DRI. The Fire 9 Station Sites shall be deeded to the City free of charge, in a 10 form acceptable to the City, and shall be free and clear of 11 liens or encumbrances. The Developer shall convey title to 12 the first Fire Station Site to the City within 180 days 13 following a request by the City. 14 (b) Prior to the construction of any development 15 exceeding 3 stories in height, one of the following scenarios 16 must occur within the 3-mile service delivery area:
Police and Fire Protection. 4.6.1 The City shall provide to all residential and nonresidential areas in the Project, police and fire services.

The ENGLAND AUTHORITY shall provide, or cause to be provided, during the term of this Concession, all proper and appropriate public fire and police protection similar to that afforded to other tenants or licensees at the Airport, and it will issue and enforce rules and regulations with respect thereto for all portions of the Airport. CONCESSIONAIRE shall comply with the Airport Security Plan and shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, to provide such additional or supplemental public protection as it may desire, but such right, whether or not exercise by CONCESSIONAIRE, shall not in any way be construed to limit or reduce the authority of ENGLAND AUTHORITY hereunder.
