Publisher Region definition

Publisher Region means: (i) from and after the First Closing Date, the territory comprised of the seven states of Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota and South Dakota and the city of El Paso, Texas; and (ii) from and after the Second Closing Date, the foregoing territory together with the territory comprising the Dex Region, both subject to additions thereto and deletions therefrom pursuant to the terms of the Publishing Agreement.
Publisher Region means (i) from and after the First Closing Date, the Dexter Region, and (ii) from and after the Second Closing Date, if such date occurs, the territory comprising the Qwest Region.
Publisher Region means (i) the geographic area (which may not be contiguous) comprised of all of the Service Areas and (ii) the geographic area (which may not be contiguous) comprised of all of the Independent Markets.

Examples of Publisher Region in a sentence

  • If any applicable Governmental Entity proposes any Additional Legal Requirement in the Publisher Region, QC will, in good faith and using commercially reasonable efforts, object to and attempt to prevent the implementation of any such proposal and will involve and solicit advice from Publisher regarding how to respond to any such proposal.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 6.2(d) will not apply to any Person to whom Publisher has assigned this Agreement (whether with respect to a particular Service Area or Service Areas or the entire Publisher Region) in compliance with subsection (ii) or (iv) of Section 9.6.

  • As reflected in Exhibit A, certain Service Areas include communities located in the Xxxxxx Region by reason of such communities being located on or near the border between the Xxxxxx Region and the Publisher Region.

  • Except as provided in this Section 10.1, Publisher may not use the Licensed Marks or Domain Names in connection with any service or product or for any other purpose whatsoever, including any Communication Services or any web page displaying content other than Subscriber List Information relating to Subscribers in the Publisher Region.

More Definitions of Publisher Region

Publisher Region means: (i) from and after the date of the first closure, the territory consisted of seven states of Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota and South Dakota and the city of El Paso, Texas; and (ii) from and after the Second Close Date, the aforementioned territory together with the territory consisting of the Dex region, both subject to and after addition to it in accordance with the terms of the Publishing Agreement. PUBLISHING AGREEMENT means that a certain Agreement on the publication of official listings/catalogs is even the date that comes between and between the Parties and the Publisher Qwest, as the same may change, change or be supplemented from time to time. QC matters as set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement. QCII has the meaning set forth in the introductory clause of this Agreement. QSC has the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement. QWEST PARTIES have the meaning set forth in the introductory clause of this Agreement. QWEST restricted activities have the meaning set out in Section 2.1. 4 <PAGE> REMEDIABLE BREACH has the meaning set out in Section 5.1(b). NOTICE OF LIMITED ACTIVITY is set out in Section 5.1(a). XXXXXX PUBLISHER has the meaning set forth in the introductory clause of this Agreement.

Related to Publisher Region

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • Directory means the Directory of Certified "Minority Business Enterprises" and "Women Business Enterprises" maintained and published by the City of Chicago. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of their last certification and the area of specialty in which they have been certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.

  • Central fill pharmacy means a pharmacy contracting with an originating pharmacy, or having the same owner as an originating phar- macy, that provides centralized prescription filling on behalf of the originating pharmacy pursuant to these rules.
