Punchlist Item definition

Punchlist Item means an item that is minor in nature (i.e., an item the non-completion of which will not affect the safe, reliable, efficient, and continuing ownership, possession, use, operation, maintenance, or repair of the Project), is part of the Work, and has not been completed as of Substantial Completion. Without limiting the foregoing, no item or matter that may prevent the Project from achieving Substantial Completion or may cause an outage of, or a reduction in the production or delivery of electrical power from, the Project or is by design an integral part of a system required for operation of the Project may be considered a Punchlist Item. Examples of typical Punchlist Items include completion of painting, landscaping, final Project clean up, and final grading.
Punchlist Item means those administrative items or other minor items of the Work, and consistent with GAEP, the omission of which would not adversely affect the safety, performance, or reliability of the start up and testing or Commercial Operation of a component or the Facility, including but not limited to painting, insulation repairs, labels and landscaping.

  • Thereafter, each such Punchlist Item shall be deemed completed for purposes of Seller achieving Final Completion.

More Definitions of Punchlist Item

Punchlist Item means any item of uncompleted Work that (considered individually or in the aggregate of the Punchlist Items) does not or will not adversely affect the performance of the Facility or the ability of Owner to operate the Facility in the ordinary course of business in accordance with GAIEP.

Some projects may not be developed to the point where the “Owned Real Property,” “Leased Real Property,” and “Easements” have been obtained by Seller, or are under Seller’s control, by the Effective Date. For those transactions, the representations and warranties, the timing around the title commitment, and other provisions of the Agreement related to the component parts will or may require modification. Additional refinements to the Agreement’s real property provisions may be necessary depending on the underlying facts.
