Purchase Instructions definition

Purchase Instructions upon receipt of Proper Instructions from FMR's trading operations, and (ii) the Custodian shall release funds to the Central Fund Transfer Agent only after receiving confirmation from the Central Fund Transfer Agent that it has received the Purchase Instructions.

Purchase Instructions means the purchase instructions in the form set forth as Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Related to Purchase Instructions

  • Service Instructions means such instructions given to the Bank via any Telephone Banking Service;

  • Transfer Instructions are the information that you provide when using the Service. “Us,” “We,” and “Our” means Credit Union.
