Purchased Books and Records definition

Purchased Books and Records shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(c).
Purchased Books and Records means all Books and Records that are exclusively related to the Program or set forth on Schedule 1.1(ee).
Purchased Books and Records shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Section 2.1(o).

Examples of Purchased Books and Records in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 4.20, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Seller and its Affiliates may retain, at its expense, copies of all Purchased Contracts, Purchased Books and Records and other documents or materials conveyed hereunder.

More Definitions of Purchased Books and Records

Purchased Books and Records shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(a)(vi).
Purchased Books and Records has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1(e).
Purchased Books and Records means the Documentary Material set forth on Schedule I-3. “Purchased Patents” means the Patents set forth on Schedule I-2.
Purchased Books and Records means (a) true and complete copies of all Books and Records on-site as of the date hereof in Smithfield, RI and Brea, CA (other than Books and Records maintained by the accounting and finance group (managed by the Controller) of Seller that are dated or pertain to dates or periods prior to January 1, 2002) and (b) any original Books and Records whose delivery to Buyer is legally required to effectuate the transfer of any Purchased Asset (it being understood that Seller shall retain copies of any original Books and Records included in the Purchased Books and Records).
Purchased Books and Records has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(k). “Purchased Contracts” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h). “Purchased Mining Permits” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a). “Purchased Permits” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(f). “Railroad Agreements” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(g).
Purchased Books and Records means the Documentary Material set forth on Schedule I-3.
Purchased Books and Records means all books, records, and other documents and information, including electronically stored information, that are Circles Purchased Assets pursuant to Section 2.1(a) or CVG Purchased Assets pursuant to Section 2.1(b).
