Examples of Purchased Books and Records in a sentence
Subject to Section 4.20, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Seller and its Affiliates may retain, at its expense, copies of all Purchased Contracts, Purchased Books and Records and other documents or materials conveyed hereunder.
The Seller has not identified nor does Seller have Knowledge of any material inaccuracies or other deficiencies in the Purchased Books and Records.
The Purchased Books and Records have been maintained in the ordinary course of the business of Seller and the Business consistent with past practices.
