Purchased Policy Documents definition

Purchased Policy Documents means, with respect to any Purchased Policy, collectively, (a) the related Origination Agreement (if applicable), (b) the related Purchase and Sale Agreement, (c) the related Collateral Assignment, (d) the related Trust Certificate, (e) the related Policy File, (f) any related escrow agreement and (g) all other instruments, documents and agreements of the type included as part of Exhibit B-3 or otherwise executed and/or delivered under or in connection with any of the foregoing, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Purchased Policy Documents means, with respect to any Purchased Policy, collectively, (a) the related Origination Agreement (if applicable),(b) the related Purchase and Sale Agreement, (c) the related Collateral Assignment, (d) the related Trust Certificate, (e) the related Policy File, (f) any related escrow agreement and (g) all other instruments, documents and agreements of the type included as part of Exhibit B or otherwise executed and/or delivered under or in connection with any of the foregoing, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Related to Purchased Policy Documents

  • Policy Document means this Policy wording the Schedule (which is attached to and forms part of this Policy and includes any Annexure or endorsement to it and, if more than one, then, the latest in time) and the Proposal Form.

  • Purchased Asset Documents means, with respect to a Purchased Asset, the documents comprising the Purchased Asset File for such Purchased Asset.

  • Seller Agreements means those agreements between Seller and third parties, including Artists and/or PRO, wherein Seller is entitled to receive the Percentage Interest of all Assets.

  • Seller Ancillary Documents means any agreement or other instrument, other than this Agreement, but including the Commercial Agreements, to be executed and delivered by a Seller or an Affiliate thereof in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Seller Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Seller Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller under this Agreement or in connection herewith.

  • Equity Line Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Assigned Documents has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.12.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.

  • Seller’s Closing Documents as defined in Section 3.2(a).

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Purchase Documents The mortgage purchase agreements between Xxxxxxx Mac and its Mortgage sellers and servicers, which are the contracts that govern the purchase and servicing of Mortgages and which include, among other things, the Guide and any negotiated modifications, amendments or supplements to the Guide.

  • Ancillary Documents means each agreement, instrument or document attached hereto as an Exhibit, and the other agreements, certificates and instruments to be executed or delivered by any of the Parties hereto in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Buyer Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Buyer or an Affiliate of Buyer under this Agreement or in connection herewith, including the Escrow Agreement.

  • Collective Agreements means all collective bargaining agreements or union agreements applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and all related letters, memoranda of understanding or other written communication with bargaining agents for any Company Employees applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries which impose obligations upon the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Assumed Agreements shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Related Transactions Documents means the Loan Documents and all other agreements or instruments executed in connection with the Related Transactions.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Repurchase Documents Collectively, this Agreement, the Custodial Agreement, the Fee Letter, the Controlled Account Agreement, all Interest Rate Protection Agreements, the Pledge and Security Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, all Confirmations, all UCC financing statements, amendments and continuation statements filed pursuant to any other Repurchase Document, and all additional documents, certificates, agreements or instruments executed and delivered by Seller, Pledgor and/or Guarantor in connection with the foregoing Repurchase Documents and any Transaction.

  • Company Ancillary Agreements means, collectively, each certificate to be delivered on behalf of the Company by an officer or officers of the Company at the Closing pursuant to Article VII and each agreement or document (other than this Agreement) that the Company is to enter into as a party thereto pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Purchaser Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • L/C Documents is defined in Section 3.4 hereof.

  • Specified Documents means, with respect to any Property File, each document listed in the definition of “Property File”.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.
