Purchased Product Inventory definition

Purchased Product Inventory means the quantities of finished Product set forth on Section 5.8 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
Purchased Product Inventory means the raw materials used to Manufacture the Seller Product owned by the Seller Parties as set forth on Schedule 1.1.87.
