Purchasing Card Program definition

Purchasing Card Program means the credit/purchasing card account of the Borrower with a credit limit not to exceed $50,000 at any one time in the aggregate.
Purchasing Card Program means a Purchasing Card Program established for FCX by a Revolving Lender, a “Lender” under the Restated Credit Agreement or an Affiliate of a Revolving Lender or such a “Lender”, pursuant to which such Revolving Lender, “Lender” or Affiliate issues Purchasing Cards to employees and other accounts of FCX or any Restricted Subsidiary, with an aggregate credit limit not to exceed $10,000,000 (including, without limitation, for purchases made in foreign currencies and converted into U.S. dollars).
Purchasing Card Program or “Program” means the purchasing card program described in Section VI.D. of this Policy.

More Definitions of Purchasing Card Program

Purchasing Card Program means a Chase Visa Purchasing Card Program established for FCX by JPMCB, pursuant to which JPMCB issues Chase Visa Purchasing Cards to employees and other accounts of FCX, with an aggregate credit limit not to exceed $300,000 (including, without limitation, for purchases made in foreign currencies and converted into U.S. dollars).
Purchasing Card Program means the credit facilities provided by the Bank to Borrower and its employees from time to time pursuant to which the Bank has opened certain accounts and issued certain purchasing cards to employees of Borrower to provide or arrange for billing and other services to the Borrower, in accordance with and subject to the terms set forth more fully in the agreements and documents that now or hereafter govern such facilities (the "PURCHASING CARD DOCUMENTS"). Except or otherwise set forth herein, the Purchasing Card Program is governed by the Purchasing Card Documents.
Purchasing Card Program means the purchasing card program described in this Agreement.
Purchasing Card Program means the purchasing card program provided to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries by JPMorgan.
Purchasing Card Program means the existing stored value card program of one or more of the Loan Parties or any future program established pursuant to an agreement between Bank of America and the Borrower pursuant to which Bank of America has made or will make certain extensions of credit to the Borrower and/or the Guarantors for corporate related purchases by certain employees of the Borrower and/or the Guarantors, which agreement was authorized by the Order Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. ss.ss.363(b) and 364(c)(2) Authorizing Debtors to Enter Into a Corporate Purchasing Program with Bank of America, N.A. (USA) entered by the Bankruptcy Court on August 12, 2002.
Purchasing Card Program or “Program” means all services, tools and work to be provided or performed by the Supplier in the resulting Master Agreement, and includes everything that is necessary to be supplied, completed, serviced or delivered by the Supplier.

  • Purchasing Card or “P-Card” means The State of West Virginia’s Purchasing Card program, administered under contract by a banking institution, processes payment for goods and services through state designated credit cards.

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Loan Party’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.

  • Purchasing CLO shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(d) hereof.

  • Approved purchasing system means a Contractor’s purchasing system that has been reviewed and approved in accordance with Part 44 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

  • Purchase Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the Sale Agreement.

  • Additional Cardholder means the person you have authorised to use a prepaid card connected to your account, who you agree is authorised to undertake transactions on your behalf and who is also subject to these terms and conditions

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Credit Card Agreement means the open-end revolving credit agreement between a Cardholder and Bank governing the Account and Cardholder’s use of the Credit Card, together with any modifications or amendments which may be made to such agreement.

  • Receivables Purchase Facility means any securitization facility made available to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, pursuant to which receivables of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries are transferred to one or more SPCs, and thereafter to certain investors, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Receivables Purchase Documents.

  • Dealer Agreement means any agreement between a Dealer and AmeriCredit or an Originating Affiliate relating to the acquisition of Receivables from a Dealer by AmeriCredit or an Originating Affiliate.

  • Receivables Transfer Agreement means, collectively or individually, the Originator Receivables Transfer Agreement and the Master Trust Receivables Transfer Agreement, as the context may require.

  • Purchase at retail means the acquisition, consumption or use of telecommunications through a sale at retail.

  • Other Supplier means any supplier to the Customer (other than the Supplier) which is notified to the Supplier from time to time and/or of which the Supplier should have been aware;

  • Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.

  • Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.

  • Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by any Borrower or for the benefit of any Borrower, in each case with any Credit Card Issuer or any Credit Card Processor with respect to sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases, including, but not limited to, the agreements set forth on Schedule 5.21(b) hereto.

  • Receivables Purchase Price means $1,375,000,017.71.
