Unless otherwise stated in a Confirmation, a currency option which has not otherwise been exercised is deemed to have been exercised at the Expiration Time where the in-the-money amount of the currency option transaction equals or exceeds the product of one percent of the Strike Price multiplied by the Call Currency Amount or the Put Currency Amount (as appropriate).
For a Deliverable Barrier Option Type, parties should specify either (i) a Call Currency Amount and a Put Currency Amount or (ii) a Strike Price and either a Call Currency Amount or a Put Currency Amount.
For a Non-Deliverable Barrier Option Type, parties should specify either a Call Currency Amount or a Put Currency Amount and a Strike Price.
