Put Notice Period definition

Put Notice Period means a period beginning on a Put Date and ending on a Closing Date; provided that in no event shall a Put Notice Period be less than seven (7) nor more than ten (10) Trading Days.
Put Notice Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.05(b).
Put Notice Period shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.4 hereof.
