Put Terms definition

Put Terms is defined in Section 7.8(d).

Examples of Put Terms in a sentence

  • Upon the expiration of five (5) years following the consummation of the Centennial Acquisition, (the “Put Event”), the Institutional Investors, may make an election (a “Put Election”), applicable to all of the Institutional Investors, to request that the Partnership purchase all, but not less than all, of the Institutional Investor’s Common Units (the “Put Common Units”) at the Put Price and on the Put Terms.

  • If Park 70 exercises its Put, Park 70 and EnerDel shall enter into a new lease (“Substitute Lease”) within thirty (30) days after the Put is exercised by Park 70 (the “Put Closing Date Deadline”), which new lease shall contain the Put Rent and Put Terms.

  • The Put Terms shall require a lease term of 15 years (commencing on the expiration date of the Initial Lease Term under the Lease and referred to as the “New Lease Term”), cover the entire Development and contain the other terms and provisions of the Lease and such other provisions as are appropriate under the circumstances and agreed to by Park 70 and EnerDel.

Related to Put Terms

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Microsoft Products and Professional Services available through volume licensing. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Support Terms means the detailed description of the applicable Support Services as specified at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corp/legal/.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.

  • General Terms means these terms and conditions.

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Key Terms means, with respect to a Relevant Transaction and a party, the valuation of such Relevant Transaction and such other details the relevant party deems relevant from time to time which may include the effective date, the scheduled maturity date, any payment or settlement dates, the notional value of the contract and currency of the Relevant Transaction, the underlying instrument, the position of the counterparties, the business day convention and any relevant fixed or floating rates of the Relevant Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • Additional Terms means any additional terms agreed in writing amending, varying or agreeing additions to these Terms;

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any attachment hereto entitled, in whole or in part, “Special Terms and Conditions.”

  • Delivery Terms as defined in Section 10.1;

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Call and Put Period means the period commencing on and including the Issue Date to and including the day after 14 July 2021 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day.

  • Payment Terms for a Supply Point means the Payment Method and Payment Period for it;

  • Common Terms Agreement has the meaning provided in the recitals.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • Specific Terms in relation to a Loan means the specific terms applicable to that Loan as set out in the document entitled ‘Specific Terms’ related to that Loan;

  • Commercial Terms means this Agreement excluding the Purchase Order;

  • Call-Off Terms means the terms and conditions in Part 3 of Schedule 4 (Order Form and Call-Off Terms) of this Framework Agreement;

  • these Terms means these Terms of Business.

  • Issue Terms means either (i) where the Securities are not Exempt Securities, the relevant Final Terms or (ii) where the Securities are Exempt Securities, the relevant Pricing Supplement, in each case, as described below.
