QCA Fee definition

QCA Fee means the fee collected by the QCA under Section 3 of the Queensland Competition Authority Regulation 2007 (Qld) which entitles the QCA to charge fees for providing a service or performing a function set out in Schedule 1 of the Regulation;

Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to any Person not affiliated with the Sponsor in connection with the actual development and construction of a project.

  • Placement Fee has the meaning given thereto in Section 2(a) hereof;

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.
