On a case-by-case basis, the Parties may mutually agree in writing (email sufficing) to waive or extend the one hundred (100) day time limit for a particular Referral.

All Referrals will be deemed rejected by Zendesk if they do not become a Qualified Referral within one hundred (100) days of first being submitted to Zendesk by Partner. On a case by case basis, the Parties may mutually agree in writing (email sufficing) to waive or extend the one hundred (100) day time limit for a particular Referral.
