Qualified Users definition

Qualified Users means end-users with aggregate peak demand of at least 1 MW. “REDA” means the Renewable Energy Development Act passed in Taiwan in 2009. “SaskPower” means Saskatchewan Power Corporation.
Qualified Users means Users who hold, own or possess any LOR Community Pass Tier (as stated in Table 1 of Appendix A) in their Hosted Wallets or any digital wallets used by such Users to access the LOR Rockbox Game or any other games available on the Platform where such Qualified Users may receive the LOR Digital NFT and Physical Photo Slides as stated in Table 2 of Appendix A;

  • Enrolled Affiliate must order enough Licenses to cover all Qualified Users or Qualified Devices, depending on the License Type, with one or more Enterprise Products or a mix of Enterprise Products and the corresponding Enterprise Online Services (as long as all Qualified Devices not covered by a License are only used by users covered with a user License).

More Definitions of Qualified Users

Qualified Users from South Pacific County. For purposes of this agreement Qualified Users are persons who have provided proof of residency (as defined in paragraph 1.B below) demonstrating residency in the following zip code areas: 98638 (Naselle), 98614 (Chinook), 98624 (Ilwaco), 98631 (Long Beach), 98644 (Seaview), 98640 (Ocean Park), 98641 (Oysterville), and 98637 (Nachotta). The Program will operate as follows:
Qualified Users means new, unique users registered on the Platform and remaining registered on the Platform for at least three months.

Related to Qualified Users

  • Qualified User means a person (e.g., employee, consultant, contingent staff) who: (1) is a user of a Qualified Device, or (2) accesses any server software requiring an Enterprise Product Client Access License or any Enterprise Online Service. It does not include a person who accesses server software or an Online Service solely under a License identified in the Qualified User exemptions in the Product Terms.

  • Permitted Users means the Customer’s personnel who are authorised to access and use the Service on the Customer’s behalf in accordance with clause 6.6. a person includes an individual, a body corporate, an association of persons (whether corporate or not), a trust, a government department, or any other entity.
