Qualified Xxxx means an employee who has completed and can produce appropriate documentary evidence to his or her employer to the effect that he or she has successfully completed an apprenticeship in cooking at an approved or recognised school or college, or who can provide documentary evidence of having served at least six years in Her Majesty's Armed Forces in the classification of Xxxx.
