Qualifying Fault definition

Qualifying Fault means a Priority 1 Failure resulting in a total loss of a Functional Service Component. The exact duration of the failure is subject to BT’s incident management process. “Recurring Charges” means those Charges which comprise the monthly charges for the Service as detailed in the Order Form.
Qualifying Fault means and include server side errors and reachability errors attributable to On- Demand Services.

More Definitions of Qualifying Fault
