Incident Management Process definition

Incident Management Process is a Supplier-developed documented procedure to be followed in the event of an actual or suspected attack upon, intrusion upon, unauthorized access to, loss of, or other breach involving AT&T’s Information Resources.
Incident Management Process means the process which the Supplier shall implement immediately after it becomes aware of a Breach of Security which is intended to restore normal operations as quickly as possible, minimising any adverse impact on the Authority Data, the Authority, the Services and/or users of the Services and which shall be shall be prepared by the Supplier in accordance with Paragraph 4 using the template set out in Annex 3;
Incident Management Process means the agreed process for management of an INCIDENT as defined within this SOW.

  • The Supplier shall follow a Cyber Security Incident Management Process (the “Process”) based on the Information Security Forum Standard of Good Practice, which shall include: Incident Breach Reporting, Incident Management for Operations, Service Recovery, and Root Cause Analysis.

  • All Incidents will be managed according the Incident Management Process that was designed along with the design of the Service itself.

  • The Service Provider shall manage the impact of attacks by Viruses, spyware and other potentially destructive Software in accordance with the Approved Incident Management Process.

More Definitions of Incident Management Process

Incident Management Process means the Cloudreach process used to capture an Incident and resolve an event which impacts the availability or performance of the Customer’s service pursuant to the Support and SLA Specification.

Schedule 1 (Defined Terms) IT Service Agreement Incident Resolution means the activities to solve and Incident and restore services within acceptable timeframes, which may involve the use of a workaround.
Incident Management Process means the procedure used to restore the business process. An Incident can be resolved by either providing a workaround or by finding and eliminating the root cause (Problem). Once the Incident is solved it may be required to find the root cause (Problem) of the Incident. If such is identified, an approach how to prevent the Problem from occurring again should be found and presented to the Customer.
Incident Management Process means the process that Itron uses to respond to Incidents as they are reported by NBU. Anixter reserve the right to modify this process as needed.
