Qualifying Infill Area definition

Qualifying Infill Area means a contiguous area located within an Urbanized Area (i) that has been previously developed, or where at least 75 percent of the perimeter of the area adjoins parcels that are developed with Urban Uses, and (ii) in which at least one development application has been approved or is pending approval for a residential or mixed-use residential project that meets the definition and criteria in this section for a Qualifying Infill Project.
Qualifying Infill Area means an area designated in the Program application that meets the criteria for a Qualifying Infill Area set forth in Section 303.
Qualifying Infill Area means a contiguous area located within an Urbanized Area that meets either of the following criteria:

Qualifying Infill Area means an urbanized area that has been developed, or where at least 75 percent of the perimeter adjoins developed parcels, and where at least one qualifying infill project has been approved or is pending approval.
Qualifying Infill Area means an area designated in the Program application that meets the criteria for a Qualifying Infill Area set forth in Section 303. Qualifying Infill Area also includes a multi-phased development consisting of 200 or more residential units where the first phase meets the criteria for a Qualified Infill Project with the exception of Paragraph (3) of Subdivision (b) of Section 303.

Related to Qualifying Infill Area

  • Qualifying Facility means an electric energy generating facility that complies with the qualifying facility definition established by PURPA and any FERC rules as amended from time to time (18 Code of Federal Regulations Part 292, Section 292.203 et seq.) implementing PURPA and, to the extent required to obtain or maintain Qualifying Facility status, is self-certified as a Qualifying Facility or is certified as a Qualified Facility by the FERC.

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.
