Quarterly Compliance Report definition

Quarterly Compliance Report means a report in the form set out in Annexure C, to be submitted by a Licensee in accordance with the requirements of this Guideline; and
Quarterly Compliance Report. (QCR) means a quarterly report required to be submitted to the executive secretary. A Quarterly Compliance Report applies to all sources required under the Code of Federal Regulations, State Implementation Plan, approval orders, consent decrees, administrative orders, and agreements to show continuous compliance with emission limitations based on continuous emission monitoring system data.
Quarterly Compliance Report means a report delivered by the Company to the Finance Provider on or before the fifth Business Day after the end of each quarter (but in no event earlier than the last day of such quarter), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Quarterly Compliance Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 4.1(d) of the Base Indenture.

  • Covenant Compliance Worksheet means a fully completed worksheet in the form of Attachment A to Exhibit C.

  • Repeat compliance period means any subsequent compliance period after the initial compliance period.

  • Compliance Audit means the procedure (in a form advised by the GLA from time to time) by which an auditor independent of the Grant Recipient certifies (at the Grant Recipient's cost) whether the Named Projects developed or Rehabilitated pursuant to this Agreement satisfy the GLA's procedural compliance requirements (as described in the Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide);

  • Quarterly Statement means the quarterly statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing quarterly statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of financial information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.

  • Statement of Compliance means the statement forming part of a Tender indicating the Bidders compliance with the Specification.

  • Compliance certification means a submission to the department or the U.S. EPA, as appropriate, that is required under section 8 of this rule to report a NOx budget source’s or a NOx budget unit’s compliance or noncompliance with this rule and that is signed by the NOx authorized account representative in accordance with section 6 of this rule.

  • Covenant Compliance Event means that Excess Availability at any time is less than the greater of (a) ten (10%) percent of the Line Cap or (b) $7,000,000. For purposes hereof, the occurrence of a Covenant Compliance Event shall be deemed continuing until Excess Availability has exceeded the amounts set forth above for thirty (30) consecutive days, in which case a Covenant Compliance Event shall no longer be deemed to be continuing for purposes of this Agreement. The termination of a Covenant Compliance Event as provided herein shall in no way limit, waive or delay the occurrence of a subsequent Covenant Compliance Event in the event that the conditions set forth in this definition again arise.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Reportable Compliance Event means that any Covered Entity becomes a Sanctioned Person, or is charged by indictment, criminal complaint or similar charging instrument, arraigned, or custodially detained in connection with any Anti-Terrorism Law or any predicate crime to any Anti-Terrorism Law, or has knowledge of facts or circumstances to the effect that it is reasonably likely that any aspect of its operations is in actual or probable violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law.

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12

  • Sales Report means a report in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B “Royalty Report Form”.
