Quarterly MHSM Xxxxxxx’x Report definition

Quarterly MHSM Xxxxxxx’x Report means a report prepared by a Xxxxxxx describing the aggregate quantity of MHSM that was Supplied in the Data Period by the Xxxxxxx or its Franchisees and/or Affiliates containing the information in accordance with Section 17 and Filed with Stewardship Ontario in accordance with Appendix C.

Related to Quarterly MHSM Xxxxxxx’x Report

  • Quarterly Report means Servicer’s report to me that includes, among other information, the results of the IRG’s Compliance Reviews for the calendar quarter covered by the report, as required by Paragraph D.1 of Exhibit E;

  • Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.05.

  • Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.09.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Quarterly Statement means the quarterly statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing quarterly statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of financial information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.

  • Quarterly reporting period means the three-month period covered by each

  • Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by members of the Board, officers or other employees who may possess material, non-public information regarding the Company, as in effect at the time of a disposition of any Stock.
