Quarterly Retainer definition

Quarterly Retainer means the quarterly fee payable by the Company to a Non-Employee Director with respect to his or her service as a member of the Board as in effect from time to time and as indicated in the attached Appendix I.
Quarterly Retainer means the quarterly retainer payable to all ------------------ Nonemployee Directors (exclusive of any per-meeting fees, fees for serving as chairman of the Board or a committee, or expense reimbursements). The Quarterly Retainer shall be prorated based on the number of calendar months (including partial calendar months) a director has served as a Nonemployee Director during the fiscal quarter for which the Quarterly Retainer is payable.
Quarterly Retainer means the Base Quarterly Retainer and the Supplemental Quarterly Retainers.

More Definitions of Quarterly Retainer

Quarterly Retainer means the payment made on a quarterly basis to a Nonemployee Director for his or her services as a member of the Board. As of the Effective Date, the Quarterly Retainer is $7,500 and is payable on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year.
