Railroad Agreement definition

Railroad Agreement means the Service Agreement between Indiana and Ohio Central Railroad, Inc. and Anchor Hocking Corporation, effective April 1994 (including all amendments, extensions, renewals and replacements thereof).
Railroad Agreement means those licenses, easements, rights of way, leases and other agreements identified in that certain Assignment of Licenses, Easements, Rights of Way, Leases and Uses dated July 20, 1983 between Texaco, Inc. and Xxxxxxxx Oil Corporation.

Railroad Agreement means that certain Shared Use Agreement between BNSF and Metro as successors to Atchinson, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company and Los Angeles County Transportation Commission respectively (such Shared Use Agreement is attached hereto as Volume 5- Agreements, Document 11), and as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 attached hereto as [To be provided by Addendum]
Railroad Agreement means any agreement entered into between RTD and any Heavy Rail Operator in relation to the Eagle Project, including (a) the agreements attached as Annexes 1.1, 3.1 and 3.2 to Attachment 22 (Railroad Agreements), (b) the other agreements to be entered into between RTD and any Heavy Rail Operator copies of which are attached in draft form in Annexes 1.3, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 to Attachment 22 (Railroad Agreements) and (c) any other agreement identified in Sections 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10 or 1.11 of Attachment 22 (Railroad Agreements) as to be entered into between RTD and any Heavy Rail Operator on terms consistent with the terms of the agreement or draft form of agreement referenced therein.
