Rate Sheets definition

Rate Sheets means our standard rate sheets for the Services or any and all components of the Package as amended from time to time, copies of which are available on our website, on your Application or by contacting our customer service.

Rate Sheets means the documents styled as Rate Sheets in Schedule 4 of this bylaw, intended for use as templates for the format in which EWSI’s annual requests for Rates are to be filed with the City Manager.

Rate Sheets means our standard rate sheets for the Services or any and all components of the Package as amended from time to time, copies of which are available on our website, on your Application or by contacting our customer service. Barring or Bar means restricting the supply of one or more (where possible) or all eligible Services on a Service so that the customer is unable to acquire the restricted eligible Services.

• Broker and MK Lending each understands that by executing this Agreement each such party is consenting to receive communications (including, without limitation, Rate Sheets) sent via facsimile, electronic mail and/or any other applicable electronic means by or on behalf of the other party hereto at such facsimile number(s) or electronic mail address(es) as designated by the other party from time to time.

• MK Lending shall issue to Broker on a periodic basis Rate Sheets and/or other pricing information applicable to Mortgage Loan programs offered by MK Lending.

• The Parties agree that no rates, charges, costs, or fees shall apply to the Network Elements or services provided under this Agreement other than as is set forth in the Rate Sheets.

• The applicable rates for each Network Element or service contained in a Service Exhibit shall be contained in the applicable Rate Sheets, the contents of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• The cost of support services can be obtained from the Estimated Rate Sheets.

• In order to get the rate and/or percentage indicated in a Rate Sheet, your application or rider election form must be sent to us, and must be signed and dated on or after the effective date of the Rate Sheet.Current Rate Sheets will be included with the prospectus.

• In addition to the printed copy of the Rate Sheet(s) bidders should submit a copy on Compact Disk (CD), if applicable (see Exhibit B-1, first paragraph).

• The charges applicable to the Mobile Services are specified in the Rate Sheets and your Application.

More Definitions of Rate Sheets

Rate Sheets mean the Plans and Pricing Rate Shee.

RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 20184 Rates, fees and charges for 12 month period January 1, 2018– December 31, 2018 are approved and shall be charged in accordance with Schedule 1. RATES AFTER JANUARY 1, 20195 For each 12 month period from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021 and for the 3 month period from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022, Rates are approved and shall be charged in accordance with Schedule 1 of thisbylaw, subject to applicable adjustments as set out in Schedule 3 of this bylaw, and will be established in accordance with Section 8 of this bylaw. TERMS AND CONDITIONS6 The Terms and Conditions of Drainage Service attached hereto in Schedule 2 of this bylaw are approved. 7 All Drainage Services provided within the boundaries of the city of Edmonton shall be provided by EWSI except for:(a) Drainage Services which are provided by a person on property of which that person is the owner or tenant for use solely by that person and solely on the property, or(b) Drainage Services for which EWSI has provided written consent for another person to perform. PRICE SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS8 Any adjustments to a Price Schedule made under Section 5 shall be made as follows: (a) On or Before December 1st in each year commencing 2018 and ending in 2020, EWSI shall file for information with the City Manager Rates Sheets effective for the upcoming 12 month period from January 1 to December 31, reflecting the Rates in accordance with this bylaw. (b) On or Before December 1,2021, EWSI shall file for information with the City Manager Rates Sheets effective for the upcoming 3 month period from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022 reflecting the Rates in accordance with this bylaw. (c) The filings referred to in subsections (a) and (b) above must include sufficient information for the City Manager to determine if the performance-based Rates for the upcoming year have been calculated in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 of this bylaw.
