Rate Sheets means our standard rate sheets for the Services or any and all components of the Package as amended from time to time, copies of which are available on our website, on your Application or by contacting our customer service.

RULES FOR INTERPRETATION3 The marginal notes and headings in this bylaw are for reference purposes only. PRICE SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS8 Any adjustments to a Price Schedule made under Section 5 shall be made as follows: (a) On or Before December 1st in each year commencing 2018 and ending in 2020, EWSI shall file for information with the City Manager Rates Sheets effective for the upcoming 12 month period from January 1 to December 31, reflecting the Rates in accordance with this bylaw. (b) On or Before December 1,2021, EWSI shall file for information with the City Manager Rates Sheets effective for the upcoming 3 month period from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022 reflecting the Rates in accordance with this bylaw. (c) The filings referred to in subsections (a) and (b) above must include sufficient information for the City Manager to determine if the performance-based Rates for the upcoming year have been calculated in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 of this bylaw.   • Rate Sheet or “Tariff Sheet” means any of the documents filed in accordance with the "Filing Procedures for Electric, Wastewater, Steam and Gas Utilities".
