  • Such information shall be submitted electronically through the RCEP Secretariat established pursuant to subparagraph 1(i) of Article 18.3 (Functions of the RCEP Joint Committee) (hereinafter referred to as “RCEP Secretariat” in this Chapter), for dissemination to the other Parties.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Sub-Committee means any other committee, other than the executive committee/ mayoral committee or committees appointed by the council or the executive committee;

  • Review Committee means the committee assigned to review a contract for professional architectural, engineering and land surveying services, which shall include at least three persons designated by the Director and approved by the Executive Director.
