Reassigned Properties definition

Reassigned Properties means those Title Defect Properties distributed to, and retained by, EXCO pursuant to Section 11.2(d)(i)(B) or reassigned to EXCO pursuant to Section 11.2(d)(ii)(B).
Reassigned Properties means those Title Defect Properties retained by Seller pursuant to Section 11.2(d)(i)(B) or reassigned to Seller pursuant to Section 11.2(d)(ii)(B).
Reassigned Properties means those Subject Assets distributed by the Midstream Companies to EXCO prior to the Closing pursuant to Section 12.1(b)(iii).

  • As of the date hereof, the Production Payment in the Reassigned Properties is no longer subject to the terms and conditions of the Original Conveyance.
