Rebate Shares definition

Rebate Shares means as of the Test Date, the number of PubCo Class B Ordinary Shares equal to the excess (if any) of the number of Remaining Support Shares over the number of Base Sponsor Shares, provided, however, that if there is no such excess, then there shall be no Rebate Shares;
Rebate Shares means shares issued to a User which entitles that User (but not an Energy Trader) to a rebate in respect of Services.
Rebate Shares means the Shares referred to in clauses 3.5(a)(i) and 3.5(b).

  • Note Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Notes.
