Recapture Fee definition

Recapture Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.3.
Recapture Fee means the amount determined in accordance with the formula set forth on Exhibit A hereto, which is payable by the Reinsurer to the Company in connection with recapture of the Policies and Post-Closing Policies by the Company pursuant to Section 9.4 hereof.
Recapture Fee has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Amendment.

  • Any Recapture Fee applicable will be mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Reinsurer, its rehabilitator, conservator, liquidator or statutory successor.
