Receipt Point MDQ definition

Receipt Point MDQ means the MDQ for that Receipt Point.
Receipt Point MDQ means the maximum quantity of gas that the Shipper may supply for delivery to Epic Energy at a Receipt Point on a Day as specified in the Access Contract;
Receipt Point MDQ means the maximum quantity of gas which the Service Provider is obligated to receive on any day at each Receipt Point under the Gas Transportation Agreement between the Service Provider and the User.

  • Service Provider may determine that the relevant Receipt Point MDQ or Delivery Point MDQ under the Transportation Agreement for the remainder of that Contract Year will be equal to the average of the 12 highest daily quantities of Gas delivered or received (as the case may be) made by the User during that Contract Year and the Charges payable by the User will be adjusted accordingly.

  • The User may, by giving at least 45 Gas Days written notice before the proposed change, request substitution of all or part of an existing Receipt Point MDQ for a Receipt Point or Delivery Point MDQ for a Delivery Point to another Receipt Point or Delivery Point (respectively) provided the proposed substitution is to a Receipt Point or Delivery Point which has all the necessary facilities required to be located at the applicable Receipt Point or Delivery Point.

  • It is technically feasible within the constraints of Epic Energy’s obligations to receive or deliver the varied Receipt Point MDQ or Delivery Point MDQ at the specified Receipt Point or Delivery Point.

  • The Service Provider shall not charge a User either an authorised overrun charge or an unauthorised overrun charge to the extent that the Service Provider solely caused the receipt or delivery of gas in excess of the User's MDQ, the Receipt Point MDQ or the Delivery Point MDQ, without the prior approval of the User.

  • For Rate Schedule FTS Agreements executed on or before December 29, 2006, the term Receipt Point MDQ is used in place of Enhanced MDRO, but has the meaning of Enhanced MDRO.

  • If the Receipt Point MDQ for a Receipt Point or a Delivery Point MDQ for a Delivery Point is substituted, the amount payable under the Transportation Agreement will be no less than what was payable prior to the substitutions having been made.

More Definitions of Receipt Point MDQ

Receipt Point MDQ means the MDQ for that Receipt Point. “Recoverable Portion” has meaning given in Section 8.18 of the Code. “Redundant Capital” has the meaning given to it in the Code. “Reference Service” means a Reference Service described in Section 1.
Receipt Point MDQ means the maximum daily quantity of Gas (in Mcf/d) that Gatherer will accept and receive at a specified Receipt Point in accordance with Exhibit A-1, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Receipt Point MDQ means the Maximum Quantity of gas (in GJ) which the Service Provider is obligated to receive during any Day at the Receipt Point.

Related to Receipt Point MDQ

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Entry Point means a location in the water system after treatment or chemical addition, if any, but prior to the distribution system. A sample collected in the distribution system may be con- sidered an entry point sample if the department has determined it is more representative of the water sources.

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
