Receiving Carrier definition

Receiving Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier to which CenturyLink has transported Traffic that was delivered by CLEC to CenturyLink, as described in Section 1.
Receiving Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier to which Qwest has transported Traffic that was delivered by CLEC to Qwest, as described in Section 1.

Receiving Carrier means the carrier receiving the baggage at an interline connecting point.

TICKET means the document entitled “Passenger Ticket and Baggage Check” issued by or on behalf of the Carrier and includes Notice of Contract Terms incorporated by reference and notices and the flight and passenger coupons contained therein. TRANSIT FLIGHT is an aircraft making an intermediate landing for commercial reasons where a change of Loads, Passenger and/or crew occurs.
