Receiving Carrier definition

Receiving Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier to which CenturyLink has transported Traffic that was delivered by CLEC to CenturyLink, as described in Section 1.
Receiving Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier to whom Verizon has transported Traffic that was delivered by NT to Verizon, as described in Section 6.2.1 or Section 6.2.2.
