Receiving Pipeline definition

Receiving Pipeline shall have the meaning specified in Section 5 hereinafter.
Receiving Pipeline means the pipeline facilities mutually agreed to by the Buyer and Seller that will receive Conforming SNG from Seller for transportation and ultimately for delivery to Buyer at the Title Transfer Point.
Receiving Pipeline means the pipeline company or companies whose facilities are immediately downstream of the Delivery Points and who transport Seller’s Gas purchased by Buyer hereunder.

Examples of Receiving Pipeline in a sentence

  • Upon agreement as to volume between Seller, Buyer and the Receiving Pipeline, the parties shall remit and/or refund payments to make such adjustments as are necessary.

  • The records of the Receiving Pipeline shall control in the event of a difference or dispute between Seller’s records and Buyer’s records.

  • If a Temporary Rolling Imbalance is effectively negotiated with Takeaway Pipeline or Downstream Receiving Pipeline, Producer shall obtain the benefit of the Temporary Rolling Imbalance.

  • Buyer shall be liable for any payments and balancing penalties assessed against Seller by the Receiving Pipeline or otherwise payable by Seller pursuant to its gas transportation agreements if and when Buyer fails to take delivery of any Conforming SNG that has been nominated for delivery to Buyer by Seller in accordance with the Scheduling and Nominating Protocol.

  • Custody of the Products delivered or redelivered hereunder shall be deemed to be transferred at the pipeline connection of the Receiving Pipeline, or the loading flange if loaded into tank trucks, as applicable.

  • Seller shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to eliminate and/or mitigate imbalances with the Receiving Pipeline.

  • Seller warrants that (a) it will have the right to convey and will transfer good and merchantable title to all SNG sold hereunder and delivered by it to Buyer, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and claims, and (b) the SNG sold hereunder shall satisfy the quality standards of the Receiving Pipeline.

  • Buyer shall obtain from the Receiving Pipeline information on the quantity of Seller’s Gas delivered hereunder.

  • Seller’s Gas delivered by Seller shall be of the same quality and heating value for the Gas as specified in the effective tariff or other operating rules, policies or procedures of the Receiving Pipeline at the Mainline Point.

  • The University shall not change work schedules to avoid holiday pay or overtime payments on holidays.


More Definitions of Receiving Pipeline

Receiving Pipeline means the pipeline or pipelines to which the Plant will be interconnected for deliveries of SNG to Marketer and/or Buyer, as modified from time to time.

Related to Receiving Pipeline

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Receiving waters means the waters of the state into which point and non-point sources flow.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Receiving water means any lake, river, stream or wetland that receives stormwater discharges from an MS4.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Terminal means the EMV-enabled machine, terminal or other hardware device you obtain from NCR Voyix as an item of Hardware to use in connection with the Service to make the Offering to the Service User and to access the EMV PSP Service.

  • Receiving zone means an area of a municipality that the municipality

  • Transmission pipeline means any high pressure transmission pipeline connected to, but excluding the Maui Pipeline, that is used for the open access transportation of Gas, and includes all items of plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings directly appurtenanced to that pipeline, but excluding any item which is controlled by a party other than that pipeline’s TP Welded Party and any low pressure distribution system.

  • LNG means liquefied natural gas.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • NGLs means natural gas liquids.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Station means an area served by one valve or by a set of valves that operate simultaneously.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;
