Title Transfer Point definition
Title Transfer Point means the location specified in the Confirmation for transfer of title of the Product from Seller to Buyer;
Title Transfer Point means the first point where the LNG Ship is entirely outside the territorial waters (or the EEZ, if applicable) of the country where the Loading Port is located;
