Reclaimed oil definition

Reclaimed oil means engine waste oil which is processed by settling, dehydration, filtration or mixing, or combinations of those procedures, which removes some of the harmful physical and chemical characteristics which are acquired through use.
Reclaimed oil means any petroleum, crude oil, mineral oil or other liquid hydrocarbons recovered from tank bottoms, pits, salt water or other source where such oil is not reported to the Tax Commission by either its producer or purchaser of record, as shown by an Oklahoma Tax Commission Form 320A or 320C on file with the Tax Commission, as part of the production of the lease from whence it was produced. Oil or other liquid hydrocarbons blended with reclaimed oil before, during or after the reclaiming process shall be considered reclaimed oil.

More Definitions of Reclaimed oil

Reclaimed oil as it is used in this Part shall mean the reclamation of waste oil or slop crude oil and condensate from open pits, tanks, or other collectors at the lease production site, and oil and condensate reclaimed from permitted Type A or B commercial oilfield waste disposal facilities. Provided however, that reclaimed oil shall not include any oil upon which any severance tax has previously been paid.
Reclaimed oil has the meaning given such term in Schedule 7.12.

  • Reclaimed water means water resulting from the treatment of domestic, municipal or industrial wastewater that is suitable for a direct beneficial or controlled use that would not otherwise occur. Specifically excluded from this definition is "gray water."

  • Petroleum refinery or “refinery” means any facility engaged in producing gasoline, aromatics, kerosene, distillate fuel oils, residual fuel oils, lubricants, asphalt, or other products through distillation of petroleum or through redistillation, cracking, rearrangement or reforming of unfinished petroleum derivatives.

  • Properly Shredded Garbage means the wastes from the preparation, cooking, and dispensing of food that have been shredded to such a degree that all particles will be carried freely under the flow conditions normally prevailing in public sewers, with no particle greater than one-half (1/2) inch (1.27 centimeters) in any dimension.

  • Petroleum and Natural Gas Rights means the Vendor’s entire interest in those Petroleum Substances underlying the Lands in the respective formations to the extent that the same are described in Schedule “A” and are granted by the Leases, subject to the Permitted Encumbrances, and includes the interest and right of the Vendor in any lands or leases with which those Petroleum Substances have been pooled or unitized;

  • tailings means material rejected from a mill after most of the valuable minerals have been extracted.
