Reconstruction Assessment definition

Reconstruction Assessment means an assessment levied by the Club against a Membership for the purpose of raising funds to rebuild, restore, or replace the Club Maintained Property or Common Furnishings suffering material damage.
Reconstruction Assessment means a charge against each Owner and such Owner's Parcel and the Improvements to such Parcel representing a portion of the cost to the Association for reconstruction of any capital improvements within the Covered Property, which the Association may from time to time authorize pursuant to the provisions of this Declaration.
