Reconstruction Assessment definition

Reconstruction Assessment means an assessment levied by the Club against a Membership for the purpose of raising funds to rebuild, restore, or replace the Club Maintained Property or Common Furnishings suffering material damage.
Reconstruction Assessment. -- shall mean a charge against each Owner and his Parcel representing a portion of the cost incurred by the Association for reconstruction of any portion or portions of the improvements located on the Common Areas, including any portion of the Shared Road, pursuant to the provisions of this Declaration.
