Recovery Proceeds definition

Recovery Proceeds means any Insurance Proceeds, any security deposit applied to an amount owed by a Lessee, any Total Loss Payoff, Early Termination Cost and End of Lease Term Liability received from a Lessee and any other net recoveries received by the Servicer with respect to the 20[__]-[__] Lease that have been charged-off, minus amounts included in such items that represent third-party charges paid or payable (such as fees, taxes and repair costs).
Recovery Proceeds means the proceeds of any insurance recovery or Condemnation Award less amounts reimbursed to the Borrower, the Trustee, and the Issuer for expenses incurred in connection therewith.
