Recovery Rules definition

Recovery Rules means Section 10D of the Exchange Act and any applicable rules or standards adopted by the SEC thereunder (including Rule 10D-1 under the Exchange Act) and Rule 5608 of The Nasdaq Stock Market Listing Rules.
