Reduction of Services definition

Reduction of Services means situations in which the agency authorizes an amount, duration or scope of a service which is less than that requested by the beneficiary or provider. For example, if the individual has requested 20 physical therapy visits and the Division denies the individual’s coverage of 20 visits, covering instead only 10 visits—this is considered a denial of a service and could be appealed.
Reduction of Services means that with respect to the Premises or any portion thereof, (1) Landlord shall fail to comply with Section 6.01(f); (2) Landlord shall fail to provide at least two (2) passenger elevator cabs serving the Premises for a period of time exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive hours; or (3) Landlord shall fail in any material respect to furnish to Tenant any service required to be furnished under this Lease that is not cured within ten (10) days after Tenant’s notice to Landlord thereof, but, in any event, such failure is not the result of a Force Majeure event (as defined in Section 30.11), casualty or condemnation.
Reduction of Services means with respect to the Premises or any portion thereof a condition deemed to be a Reduction of Services as specifically set forth in this Lease.

  • Reduction of Services by Either Party or Termination by the Contractor.
