Reference Screen definition

Reference Screen means (a) in respect of EUR Notes, page number 248; and (b) in respect of other Notes, page number 3750, in each case displayed on the Dow-Jones/Telerate Monitor (or such replacement page on that service which displays the relevant information) or, if that service ceases to display the information, such other screen service as may be determined by the Issuer (with the approval of the Trustee, in its sole discretion);
Reference Screen means the Reuters Screen SONIA Page (or such replacement page on that service which displays the relevant information) or, if that service ceases to display the information, such other screen service as may be determined by Party B; and
Reference Screen means LIBOR01, displayed on the Reuters Service (or such replacement page on that service which displays the relevant information) or, if that service ceases to display the information, such other screen service as may be determined by the Issuer (with the approval of the Trustee, in its sole discretion);

Examples of Reference Screen in a sentence

  • Issuer's Make-Whole Call Option) and receiving either the Reference Screen Page displaying the mid-market yield to maturity for the Reference Bond or the Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations from the Reference Government Bond Dealers, calculate the Make-Whole Redemption Amount (as defined in the Conditions) and notify such Make-Whole Redemption Amount to the Issuer.

  • If the Reference Security is no longer outstanding or the Reference Screen Rate does not quote the yield on the Reference Security, a Similar Security will be chosen by the Quotation Agent on the Business Day immediately preceding the Make-whole Calculation Date and notified to the Agent Bank.

Reference Screen means the Reuters Screen XXXXX Xxxx (or such replacement page on that service which displays the relevant information) or, if that service ceases to display the information, such other screen service as may be determined by the Issuer (with the approval of the Trustee, in its sole discretion) and notified to the Fixed Rate Swap Provider;

Reference Screen means (a) with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Borrowing, the Dow Xxxxx Markets Telerate Page 3750 and (b) with respect to any Australian Dollar Borrowing, the Reuters Screen (and, with respect to any Australian Short-Term Borrowing, page 27 thereof), or, in the event the applicable rate does not appear on either such screen or otherwise on the Dow Xxxxx Market (in the case of clause (a) above) or Reuters (in the case of clause (b) above) screen, such other comparable publicly available service as may be selected by the Administrative Agent.
