Referring Worker definition

Referring Worker or “Referral Worker” means either the Agency social work case manager or the JCS case manager (Juvenile court officer) assigned to provide Case Management services to the Child.
Referring Worker means the youth court probation officer or case manager charged with supervision and case management of an offender a youth at the time of referral.
