More Definitions of Refund Right
Refund Right for purposes of this Section means an amount equal to the total premiums paid by Xxxxxxxxxxx Paper Company and the Company on the Split Dollar Policy, less any portion of such premiums treated as taxable income to Executive and reimbursed by the Trustee, and less amounts set forth in the Split-Dollar Agreement.
