Further Bonds definition

Further Bonds means any further Bonds issued pursuant to Condition 18 and consolidated and forming a single series with the then outstanding Bonds.
Further Bonds means all further bonds created and issued by the Issuer in accordance with Condition 17 (Further Bonds) and/or for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific proportion thereof.
Further Bonds means any further Bonds issued pursuant to Condition 17 and consolidated and forming a single series with the then outstanding Bonds.

Examples of Further Bonds in a sentence

  • The Issuer shall, prior to the issue of any Further Bonds to be so constituted, execute and deliver to the Trustee a deed supplemental to this Trust Deed and containing a covenant by the Issuer in the form mutatis mutandis of Clause 2 of this Trust Deed in relation to such Further Bonds and such other provisions (corresponding to any of the provisions contained in this Trust Deed) as the Trustee shall require.

  • Whenever it is proposed to create and issue any Further Bonds, the Issuer shall give to the Trustee not less than 14 days’ notice in writing of its intention to do so, stating the principal amount of Further Bonds proposed to be created or issued.

  • If the Trustee holds any moneys in respect of Original Bonds and any Further Bonds forming a single series with the Original Bonds which have become void or in respect of which claims have become prescribed under the Conditions, the Trustee will hold them in accordance with this Clause 6.1.

  • Any Further Bonds created and issued pursuant to the provisions of Clause 5.1 so as to form a single series with the Original Bonds and/or the Further Bonds of any series shall be constituted by a deed supplemental to this Trust Deed and any other Further Bonds of any series created and issued pursuant to the provisions of Clause 5.1 may be so constituted.

  • Thereafter, and in respect of any Further Bonds, the Issuer will use its reasonable endeavours to maintain such admission to trading for so long as any of the Bonds remain outstanding.


More Definitions of Further Bonds

Further Bonds means any further Bonds issued pursuant to Section 15.6 and consolidated and forming a single series with the then outstanding Bonds.
Further Bonds means any further Bonds issued in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5 and the Conditions and constituted by a deed supplemental to this Trust Deed;
Further Bonds means any further bonds, notes or debentures issued in accordance with the provisions of Clause 7 and constituted by a deed supplemental to this Trust Deed;

Further Bonds means any bonds or notes of the Issuer constituted in relation to a deed supplemental to this Principal Trust Deed pursuant to Clause 2.3 (Further Issues) and for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number thereof and includes any global bond, note or evidence of indebtedness which has not for the time being been exchanged for such bonds or notes and any replacement bonds or notes issued pursuant to Condition 11;
Further Bonds means any further Bonds issued pursuant to Condition 21;
