Reg S Share Purchase Right definition

Reg S Share Purchase Right means a Share Purchase Right that (i) is granted to a Service Provider who is not a U.S. Person, and (ii) is not intended to qualify under Rule 701 promulgated under the Securities Act.

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Corporation;
