Sanctions Committee means the Committee of the United Nations Security Council which was established pursuant to paragraph 18 of United Nations Security Council Resolution ("UNSCR") 1737 (2006);
Nominations Committee means the committee referred to as such in, and established pursuant to, Article 133;
Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.
standards committee (“pwyllgor safonau”) means the standards committee of the county or county borough council which has functions in relation to the community council for which it is responsible under section 56(1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 2000.
National Board means the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, (NB) 1055 Crupper Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43229, whose membership is composed of the Chief Boiler Inspectors of jurisdictions who are charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the ASME Code.
OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.
Compliance Committee means the committee referenced under the Federated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, consisting of, among others, the Chief Compliance Officer, the General Counsel, the Chief Audit Executive and the Chief Risk Officer.
Apprenticeship committee means those persons designated by the sponsor to act for it in the administration of the program. A committee may be “joint,” i.e., composed of an equal number of representatives of the employer(s) and of the employees represented by a bona fide collective bargaining agent(s), and is established to conduct, operate, or administer an apprenticeship program and enter into apprenticeship agreements with apprentices. A committee may be “unilateral” or “nonjoint” and shall mean a program sponsor in which a bona fide collective bargaining agent is not a participant.
Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
Local Health Board (“Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol”) means a Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c.42);
Listing Committee the listing committee of the Stock Exchange;
College board means the state board for community and
Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee means the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Authority board means the board of directors of the state authority appointed under section 16.
Local board means a school board, public utility, commission, transportation commission, public library board, board of park management, local board of health, board of commissioners of police, planning board, or any other board, commission, committee, body or local authority established or exercising any power or authority under any general or special Act with respect to any of the affairs or purposes, including school purposes, of the municipality or any part or parts thereof;
Governing Council means the Governing Council of the University;
Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
Disinterested Shareholder Approval means approval by a majority of the votes cast by all the Company’s shareholders at a duly constituted shareholders’ meeting, excluding votes attached to Common Shares beneficially owned by Insiders who are Service Providers or their Associates;
Board Rules means the administrative rules and regulations promulgated by the
Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Standards Board means the Professional Standards Board established pursuant to 14 Del.C. §1201.
Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company
regional council means a regional council established under section 2 of the Regional Councils Act, 1992 (Act 22 of 1992);
Designated Stock Exchange Rules means the relevant code, rules and regulations, as amended, from time to time, applicable as a result of the original and continued listing of any Shares or ADSs on the Designated Stock Exchange;
Board of Commissioners means a county board of commissioners.
