  • Operational Hours for the Facility means the total across all Generating Units of the number of hours each of the Facility’s Generating Units are potentially capable of producing power at its Nameplate Capacity Rating regardless of actual weather, season and time of day or night, without any mechanical operating constraint or restriction, and potentially capable of delivering such power to the Point of Delivery in a Contract Year.
