Register of Mortgages and Charges definition

Register of Mortgages and Charges means the register of charges of the Mortgagor maintained in accordance with section 162 of the BVI Act.

More Definitions of Register of Mortgages and Charges

Register of Mortgages and Charges means the register of mortgages and charges of and maintained by the Stealth Cayman in accordance with the Companies Law (2016 Revision) of the Cayman Islands.

  • Assignment of Mortgage An assignment of the Mortgage, notice of transfer or equivalent instrument in recordable form, sufficient under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein the related Mortgaged Property is located to reflect the sale of the Mortgage to the Purchaser.

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • deeds registry means a deeds registry as defined in section 102 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937);
