Registry of Warrant. Company shall maintain a registry showing the name and address of the registered Holder of this Warrant. This Warrant may be surrendered for exchange or exercise, in accordance with its terms, at such office or agency of Company, and Company and Holder shall be entitled to rely in all respects, prior to written notice to the contrary, upon such registry.

This Warrant may be surrendered for exchange or exercise, in accordance with its terms, and the Company shall be entitled to rely in all respects upon such registry, and the Company shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary, except any Transfer of the Warrant effected in accordance with the provisions of this Warrant, including Section 10.

The Company shall maintain will maintain at its principal office a registry showing the name and address of the Holder as the registered holder of this Warrant and will promptly update such register to reflect any transfers made in compliance with the terms hereof. Until any transfer of this Warrant is reflected in the Warrant Register, the Company may treat the Holder as the absolute owner hereof for all purposes. This Warrant may be surrendered for exchange or exercise, in accordance with its terms, at the office of the Company, and the Company shall be entitled to rely in all respects, prior to written notice to the contrary, upon such registry.
